The location was excellent. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities in the hotel, particularly the spa, were excellent. I also enjoyed the dining options with a really good breakfast with a variety of fresh, high-quality foods.
The check-in process had inconsistencies and could be improved.

TOP hotel, just great. . Rooms top! The decor "modern Asian" gives a luxurious atmosphere and no casino in the hotel gives some peace :-) in Vegas. Beautiful view over the strip from the bar, restaurant and room. Excellent location. Very friendly helpful staff with the right guidance also for excursions and shows.

All in all everything was fantastic, had a very very good stay on vacation. The unit we got was nicely furnished with separate tub, view to the strip, for example;)))

The room with a Vegas Strip view was fine, and the pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere. The check-in process was slow, and I found the checkout experience to be less efficient than expected. It's a nice spot for a getaway, but improvements in service would enhance the stay.

Great choice for holiday. Delicious and very good breakfast with the Zen Cafe food, exotic fruits and toast - well worth the money. Marvellous and unbeatable location to get where you wanted to go for entertainment, heated pool. And really close to the restaurant where breakfast is served, the Park Theater and the arena and the casinos and traffic.

As soon as you stepped into the hotel, you will be welcomed by the calming atmosphere (unlike the chaos of other hotels with casinos) and professional staff. The room was immaculate, functional, luxurious, and modern. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others to do so as well.
No free wifi.

The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas was an amazing family-friendly hotel. The staff treated us like royalty, always friendly and ready to help. Our room was spacious, with a fine view of the Strip that lit up our evenings. The pool area was a good escape, and we loved the fact that the hotel is smoke-free and away from the noisy casino scene.

The hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious, excellent view to strip boulevard. Bar with amazing view on the 23nd floor. Unfortunately we didn't have a possibility to try local restaurant. Amazing service at the concierge desk.
Unfortunately I didn't find the reception stuff friendly. I was planning to stay in the Mandarin in nyc after visiting Las Vegas, and I asked the lady at reception to book a room for me, but she refused. The only thing she was able to do to dial for me a nomber of booking department, imagine my surprise when I understood that was connected to Las Vegas booking department. Do you have available rooms with central park view? No, only Strip boulevard! Anyway finally consierge did for me reservation. And special notice about room cleaning. I left the hotel at 6 am to visit Grand Canyon leaving the request to clean the room on the door. When I came back at 4 pm the room still wasn't cleaned.

Service is top notch, a quiet and peaceful oasis from the strip, from the moment you enter the ambiance soothes your soul - stress falls to the wayside! The room was well organized - can soak in the oversized tub and see the lights of the strip. The bed and linen was heavenly.
